Message from the President and Executive
Director
We are living proof that by creating opportunities through
exposure and support, any and all youth can achieve success.
Our personal growth and successes within the private business
sector and the human services field reaffirms our own personal
beliefs that all kids have the ability to succeed and live
very prosperous and productive lives. We are proud to lead
an organization that has built its mission and vision around
this belief and has developed sound strategies and programs
that are sure to introduce and guide youth towards their individual
paths of economic success and prosperity.
Youth who are growing up in many urban communities face tremendous
challenges and often have extremely limited resources and
support to negotiate them. The expectations placed upon them
by society, their families and communities, and even their
educators, are often limited, and sadly, rarely inclusive
of attending college or aspiring to highly skilled and competitive
careers. Our personal experiences as a young men growing up
in impoverished communities serve as a testament to the power
and influence that simple exposure to opportunities can have
on someone’s life.
We invite you to explore our website to learn more about

We also challenge you to revisit your current perspectives
of today’s youth and consider how you might join us
