The vision and mission of AIMSE is predicated on the belief that all youth have within them the potential for limitless success.
What is missing for many youth who are growing up in socially and economically disadvantaged environments is the intricate support system of parents and family members,
friends, mentors and coaches, and faith and community members that guides their non-disadvantaged peers onto long-term personal and professional achievements.
AIMSE intends to create bridges across professional, educational, and community arenas to fill the gaps within these support systems so that youth can successfully negotiate their chosen paths to success.
